Mom:
My mom has been a leader in my life in terms of raising me and as a role model. Since the beginning, her direction has guided me. She is really good about helping me work toward a goal, but gives gives me the responsibility to follow through. My mom shows commitment and a devotion in raising me to be the best I can be. Being a parent is by no means easy, and when I struggle or argue with her, this doesn’t discourage her, but rather encourage her to work with me to improve. Lastly, my mom is a leader in terms of alignment because she has built the foundation from which I grow and keeps me focused on my goals
Mrs. Antich:
Mrs. Antich is my advisor and the teacher that has influenced me most in my high school years so far. In advisory she shows direction by putting a lot of emphasis on my long term goals and pushes me to consider things I never had, in terms of course to take or the college I go to. In class Mrs. Antich shows direction in teaching math concepts and how they applicable in society. Thus far Mrs. Antich has kept me aligned by staying connected and working with me to stay on track academically. Lastly Mrs. Antich’s commitment to not only her math classes, but to her advisory as well. It is from Mrs. Antich’s direction, alignment, and commitment that her leadership has influenced me.
Kellye:
I consider Kellye to be one of my best friends, so inevitably she is a leader in my life that has had a lot of influence. Her care free spirit has directed me to try things I might never have wanted to. Kellye is not only a leader to me, but in many of her sports teams, choir group, church group, ect. She shows alignment in her ability to calm and center me with the perfect advice. Lastly I have known and been friends with Kellye since Pre-K. This shows commitment by having the ability to overcome any fight or argument and well as being able to maintain such a close bond of friendship.
